1. General Provisions

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “T&Cs”) apply to all contracts concluded via the online shop at www.angelikameurer.com between

(hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”)

and its customers (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”).

1.2 The Provider operates an online shop offering digital products for download and, where applicable, products provided through third-party suppliers.

1.3 Customers within the meaning of these T&Cs are natural or legal persons from Switzerland or abroad. By completing a purchase, the Customer agrees to these T&Cs.

1.4 Swiss substantive law shall apply exclusively, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Place of jurisdiction is Schwyz, Switzerland, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.

2. Products and Conclusion of Contract

2.1 The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

2.2 A contract is concluded once the Customer completes the order process and payment has been successfully confirmed.

2.3 Digital products are made available to the Customer immediately after receipt of payment via email or through an individual download link.
Physical products, where applicable, are shipped by third-party suppliers.

2.4 The scope and content of the products are determined by the respective product description in the online shop at the time of purchase.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

3.1 All prices are stated in CHF, EUR or PLN (depending on selected settings) and include applicable VAT where legally required.

3.2 Payment shall be made via the payment methods offered in the online shop (e.g., Stripe, TWINT, PayPal). The terms and conditions of the respective payment service provider shall additionally apply.

3.3 Access to digital products is granted only after full payment has been received.


4. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Products

4.1 The Provider grants the Customer a voluntary right of withdrawal within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract, provided that the download or use of the digital product has not yet begun.

4.2 The right of withdrawal expires upon commencement of the download or provision of the digital product.

4.3 To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notification by email is sufficient:

5. Complaints and Warranty

5.1 In the event of technical defects (e.g., faulty download, corrupted file, access issues), the Customer is entitled to rectification or replacement.

5.2 Complaints must include the order number and a description of the issue and be submitted via email to:

5.3 The Provider will review each complaint within 14 days and inform the Customer of the outcome.

5.4 Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages or loss of profit is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence remains unaffected.

6. Copyright and Usage Rights

6.1 All digital content is protected by copyright. Upon purchase, the Customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use for personal purposes only.

6.2 Any distribution, reproduction, publication or commercial use of the content without the Provider’s express written consent is prohibited.

7. Online Courses, Programs and Memberships

7.1 If online courses, digital programs or memberships are offered, the scope of services is determined by the respective product description.

7.2 Access to online courses or member areas is granted for the specified duration. Access automatically ends after the agreed period unless otherwise stated.

7.3 In the case of time-limited programs, there is no entitlement to permanent access to content unless explicitly agreed.

7.4 The Provider reserves the right to adjust content for valid reasons (e.g., updates, technical modifications), provided the overall character of the program is maintained.

7.5 No specific learning success or economic outcome is owed.

8. Mentoring & Coaching – Limitation of Liability

8.1 The mentoring and coaching services offered do not constitute psychotherapy, medical, tax or financial legal advice.

8.2 The Provider does not guarantee specific results. Implementation of content discussed during sessions is the sole responsibility of the Customer.

8.3 Liability for economic decisions, investments or professional changes made based on mentoring sessions is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

8.4 The Provider shall not be liable for indirect damages, consequential damages or loss of profit. Liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence remains unaffected.

8.5 The Customer confirms acting under their own responsibility and agrees to consult qualified professionals in case of medical or psychological concerns.

9. Final Provisions

9.1 Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

9.2 The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version published on the website at the time of the order shall apply.

9.3  The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with the contractual relationship shall be Schwyz, Switzerland, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.

10. Additional Provisions for Consumers Residing in the European Union

10.1 Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Consumers residing in a Member State of the European Union are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

10.2. Expiry of Withdrawal Right for Digital Content

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires if:

  • the consumer has expressly consented to the performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and
  • the consumer has acknowledged that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

This consent is obtained during the checkout process.
